PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

After being awarded her high school leaving certificate in literature (baccalauréat) with the mention “Quite Good” in 1984, Eve Mongin graduated with honours in Public Law (maitrise) and obtained a master with honours in Public Law (diplôme d’études approfondies) at the Paris V University in 1989.
She was admitted to the Law School of the Paris Bar in 1992 and after having obtained her CAPA (certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer) she registered with the Bar of Paris in April 1993.
She also registered with the Bar of Perugia in July 2001 after having passed the special exam for lawyers with foreign degrees.


During her university studies, Eve Mongin was lecturer in public law at the IUT Institute of Paris and worked as a lawyer for law offices arguing before the Supreme Court and the State’s Council (SCP Nicolay et de Lanouvelle, SCP Lyon Caen Fabiani Thiriez).
After taking her oath as a lawyer in 1993, she cooperated with the law firm of Michel Ceoara where she dealt with matters concerning administrative, civil and commercial law. She then joined the law firm of Jean Louis Pelletier where she was responsible for cases concerning civil law, copyright law, defamation and privacy as well as commercial law.
In 1999 she moved to Italy and started to cooperate with the law firm Scassellati Sforzolini where she handles international and in particular Franco-Italian matters, carrying out both, judicial and extrajudicial activities for Italian and French companies and arguing cases before Italian and French courts. She speaks three languages: French, Italian and English.


In July 2001, Eve Mongin, a lawyer already registered with the Bar of Paris since 1993, was admitted to the Bar of Perugia, Umbria, and joined the law firm Scassellati Sforzolini with offices in Perugia and Rome. The law firm offers a wide range of professional services to its clients which comprise Italian and foreign individuals and companies. In particular, it assists companies in English, Italian, French and German as far as business law, investment and international contract law is concerned.
The law firm has eight lawyers and six trainees and it benefits from cooperation with a number of corresponding lawyers in Italy, all over Europe and in the United States of America as a member of the LIBRALEX network (www.libralex.com) which enables the firm to provide clients with a more complete and effective assistance.
